Interactive concept

File five emails.
See how it feels.

Pick a message, then send it to the folder ClickSort suggests — or search for a different one. Nothing here touches a real mailbox; the messages and folders are samples.

Your turn

Try it yourself.

Select a message to see the suggestion. File it, undo it, or use QuickPick to search your folders by name. Prefer to watch first? Play the walkthrough and take over whenever you like.

What you just did

Three ways to
move a message.

Take the suggestion

The ribbon button always points at the folder ClickSort thinks the open message belongs in. One click files it.

Search instead

QuickPick searches your folder names, so a deep tree never means scrolling. Type a few letters and choose.

Change your mind

Undo puts the message back where it was, with the folder counts restored. Nothing moves without you.

Keep your structure

Every destination here is an ordinary mailbox folder. ClickSort is designed to use the organisation you already have.
