For sales teams & directors

# The thread you need is in there somewhere.

Two hundred messages a day, and the one that matters is the approval from March. ClickSort puts each message where you’ll look for it, at the moment it arrives, in a click.

The actual cost

## It isn’t the filing. It’s the finding.

Filing a message takes a few seconds. Reconstructing a deal from an inbox six months later takes an afternoon, and you do it on the day you have least of one.

Volume beats discipline

Every filing system works in the quiet week. The one worth having is the one that survives the quarter’s end.

Context lives in the thread

The CRM has the number. What was actually agreed, and when, is in the correspondence.

Deferral compounds

An inbox you have stopped filing is one you have stopped searching. The two happen a fortnight apart.

Two jobs, one problem

## Different reasons. Same folder.

### If you are selling

Every account is a folder and every deal is a thread that runs for months. The email you need is the one where the scope changed.

### If you are approving

Decisions arrive as replies. What you need later is not the decision but the trail to it, in the order it happened.

### If you are handing over

An account moving to someone else is only as good as the correspondence they can find. That is a filing question before it is a CRM one.

### If you are being asked

“When did we agree that?” has a good answer or an expensive one, and which you get was decided months earlier by where the message went.

What ClickSort does

## One click, at the moment it arrives.

ClickSort reads the message you have open, works out which of your folders it belongs in from how you have filed before, and offers it. Accept and it moves. Correct it and it learns.

It learns your accounts

Not a template of how sales teams ought to file. The folder tree you already have, and the way you actually use it.

It handles a backlog

Up to a hundred messages selected within a single folder, which is the realistic shape of catching up rather than keeping up.

Your pipeline stays yours

Suggestions are worked out on your own device. Client names, terms and numbers in your mail never reach us, because there is no path for them to travel.

Straight answers

## Ask the awkward questions.

Does our client correspondence go anywhere?

No. The model that suggests a folder is trained and stored in your own browser profile. To learn your folders it reads the sender, subject and opening lines of recent messages in them, and keeps words and senders, with counts per folder, on your device. What reaches us is who you are, how many messages you filed each day, and what you have paid for. The [security page](https://vonian.net/security?hsLang=en) sets out exactly what does and does not leave.

Does it connect to our CRM?

No, and there are no plans to. ClickSort files email into folders in your mailbox. Logging activity against a record in a CRM is a different job and there are tools that already do it well.

Will it file things without asking?

No. It suggests, you accept, and anything it moves can be undone. Automatic background filing is a good way to lose confidence in a tool the first time it is wrong.

What does it cost?

Prices are on the [pricing page](https://vonian.net/pricing?hsLang=en). Volume discounts have not been set.

Can I try it?

Yes. The [interactive demo](https://vonian.net/demo?hsLang=en) files five sample messages in your browser and connects to no mailbox, and ClickSort itself starts with a 14-day full trial.

Tell us how you file

## Tell us what you can’t find.

We make ClickSort for people who spend too much of the working day organising email. If you file client correspondence for a living, the thing we most want to know is which message you went looking for last and how long it took you.
